HSHP NEWS: 05/22/10: REUNION NEWS May 17, 2010 Greetings to All Former HSHP Graduates: Plans for the reunion have been finalized. The dates are August 20, 21, and 22. YEAH!!! In this letter your will find a list of events and pricing information. We are trying to ensure that this weekend be filled with events for all to have a good time. The cost is $60 per person/ $90 couple for the banquet. If you wish to attend only specific events the price breakdown is below. We need you to RSVP for each event that you will be attending (hopefully all) so that we can ensure adequate accommodations. Even if you are not planning to attend please return the form as this will allow for us to stay in contact. In order to plan for a successful reunion, committee members are asking you to respond as soon as possible, and send in your money. 04/10/09: MIXER CHANGE! Hello Classmates:
04/08/09: The H.S.H.P. Classes of 1986-1996 will be having a Joint
Reunion Mixer at the Dave & Buster's located at I-75 & Walnut Hill on
Friday, April 24th at 7:00 P.M. We need every adult to bring $10 cash upon
arrival. This small fee will ensure we have enough space for our large group.
Please be ready to give this fee to either myself (Lee Moore- Class of 1992) or
Nakia Shields (Class of 1994). Everyone can order from the full D&B Menu
(food and drink costs are additional). Hope to see you there!

03/10/09: Tomeka Ards ('93) passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Her funeral was this past Saturday, March 7th. She was only 34 years old. Many of you may remember that she suffered from sickle cell anemia. Tomeka attended HSHP from 1989 to 1992 (freshman to junior year), and graduated from South Oak Cliff.
